Refund and Cancellation Policy:  Compliance Solution LLC will provide a client a refund after deducting applicable laboratory fees if Compliance Solution LLC has failed to carry out the scope of work as agreed on the proposal letter.  Refund request must be submitted in writing and backed by sufficient evidence.  The request must be received within the fourteen days after the client received the report.    Cancellation notice received more than 14 days prior to the project start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of $200.  Cancellation of the project 14 days prior to the project start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the project fee.  Cancellation of the project 7 days prior to the project start date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the project fee.  All cancellation notices should be in writing.
